What is this, like the 4th person since school started? Damn. Sad thing is, I still want what I’ve always wanted, since I was a freshman in high school and now I’m a freshman in college. -sigh- I feel so old..

Sorry I forgot about you tumblr. College is just so fun and stressful that I don’t even have time to type about it. And most parts I don’t even want to repeat, so I guess the memories will just live on in my head :)

God has been teaching me about self-centeredness. So I want to share some truths God revealed to me. Hope this article will be a blessing to you…The truth is we are all selfish - from birth! First thing we need to realize is that you are important but you are not the center of the universe. We are so selfish sometimes that we get angry, hurt, touchy or offended. Its all because of self-centeredness. You are so focused on yourself that you get offended everytime people do something to you. It’s not that you are going to love it when someone mistreats you. No! but its not going to dominate you because you are not so focussed on yourself. You think about others… Jesus said that if we want to follow Him we need to deny ourself. In Colosians 3:5, it says - Covetousness is idoltry. What is covetousness?? It means you want everything for yourself or in other words, selfishness or self-centerdness!! Bible says its IDOLTRY!!

Jesus is our perfect example. He went through the most horrible things we could ever imagine but still he didn’t say a word or reacted instead he forgave them. Why? Because he was not self centered. He cared about others more than He cared about Himself. The very fact, that Jesus died on the cross shows His great love for people. You cant love others if you are selfish. Its just not possible!

It’s a choice. Make a decision today that you are not going to live the rest of your life being selfish and selfcentered. 

I forgot about you! Anyways… hmmm. What should I talk about. Guess I’ll ramble on whats been going through my mind. 

First, I worked as a birthday party host for the first time today and it was awesome! I was nervous but I did good. I got like $25 in tips for 2 parties yayyyyy. Then after work I got my little sister a bday present.. and got home to find like 10 huge ass packages waiting FOR ME hahaha. Its all apartment stuff from my dad and step mom. (like $300 worth :O) Anyways my mom said my sister was upset because I got presents and it was her birthday.. haha. Oh well. I then gave her the present I bought for her (With MY tips >.>) and she was happy again. She even hugged me and I can’t remember the last time I hugged her.. Anyways I opened all the boxes and set up my new printer/scanner! Its awesome! I loveeeeeeeeee it! Lol kay i’ll stop now. Hmm.. oh I got another job too! I went to a job fair in the ksu dining hall (The Commons) last week, and I was one of the 60 people chosen out of 200+ that applied! I had to wait hours but it was worth it. I think I start when school starts? I’ll be the dining room attendant. I get paid a dollar more an hour that freaking Sparkles, yayyyy. But yeah. I hope I have time to work TWO jobs, study, and participate in extra activities during the year.. .yikes. I hope I can get Hope. haha. Seriously, make sure you are elligible for Hope when you graduate high schoolers. You will save yourself so much time and money. 

Anyways Ima go stalk people on facebook now and look for dorm pictures for ideas :) That reminds me! I have 3 on campus apartment roomies and I love them all already <3 Alrighty tah tah for now!

Edit: I want a Chi Air so badly. Or straight hair. Either works.
